One of our prestigious clients is looking for a highly skilled "Tele Sales Executives" to join their team immediately.# SALARY: Rs. 40,000 - 70,000
# Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the offerings to generate interest.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of the customer.
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively to encourage product/service acceptance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, features, and industry trends.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach and research.
- Document customer information, including details of interactions and potential sales opportunities.
- Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and facilitate the sales process.
- Keep track of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
# Requirements :
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
