Our prestigious client, a leading flooring solutions provider in Sri Lanka, is looking for an Assistant General Managers to join their team immediately.

# SALARY: Rs. 250,000 + Commissions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans to increase market share, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and key industry influencers.
• Represent the company at trade shows, design conferences, and networking events to enhance industry presence.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials to communicate offerings effectively.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including websites, social media, and email.
• Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and track industry trends.
• Provide insights into customer behavior and product performance to drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the product development team to craft strategies for new wood flooring products.
• Support the sales team in client relationship management and lead generation, particularly with high-value clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Part or fully qualified in CIM or a degree/master's in Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or interior design.
• Proven experience working with architects, interior designers, and the construction or hotel industry.
• Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
• Experience in leading marketing teams and managing departmental budgets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
