One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia, a high-end restaurant specializing in traditional Italian cuisine, is currently seeking a skilled Pizza Maker – Neapolitan Pizza to craft authentic, high-quality pizzas using time-honored techniques.

SALARY: SAR 2,100 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas using traditional methods and ingredients.
• Handle dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking in a wood-fired or high-temperature oven.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of pizzas.
• Ensure proper storage and freshness of all ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and pizza station.
• Monitor kitchen inventory and report any shortages.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Pizza Maker specializing in Neapolitan pizza.
• Knowledge of traditional Italian ingredients, techniques, and pizza oven handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Passion for quality, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Age below 40 years preferred.
