Description

One of our esteemed clients in Qatar, a leading bakery and food production company, is seeking a highly experienced and creative Head Baker to lead their bakery operations and ensure high-quality baked goods.

Responsibility

• Lead the bakery team in daily production of bread, pastries, and other baked items.
• Develop and refine bakery recipes and ensure product consistency.
• Maintain quality, taste, and presentation of all baked goods.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
• Train and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff.
• Stay updated on baking trends and incorporate new techniques as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker.
• Expertise in artisan breads, pastries, and bakery operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of baking equipment and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand kitchen environment.
