One of our prestigious clients in the Maldives, a well-established restaurant and hospitality group, is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) to join their culinary team. Salary
Negotiable (based on experience and skill level)Responsibility
• Prepare and present hot kitchen dishes according to set recipes and standards.
• Ensure high-quality food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
• Work closely with Sous Chef and Executive Chef to implement menu items.
• Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor inventory and food cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during peak hours.
Requirements
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a hot kitchen environment.
• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
• Experience working in international hotels or resort kitchens is an advantage.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with overseas experience are preferred.
