One of our prestigious clients, a leading Sofa Manufacturing Factory in Colombo, is looking for dedicated Factory Workers to support daily production operations and maintain high-quality standards.

Salary

LKR 50,000 – 60,000

Responsibility

• Perform daily production tasks as assigned.
• Ensure quality standards are met in all products.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Assist supervisors and managers in daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Report operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
• Physically fit to handle production tasks.
• Based in Colombo and available immediately.
