Description

One of our prestigious clients who is into Finance Industry is looking for Accounts to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Main Responsibilities

- Ensures that financial related activities are performed according to ICRC financial procedures and policies.

- Processes financial data on computer and provides end of month closing and reports independently.

- Respects ICRC chart of accounts when entering expenditures, incomes, transfers etc.

- Ensures timely data entry in the accounting system for all bank payments via invoice module.

- Prepares weekly and monthly bank reconciliation.

- Follows up on monthly financial/analytical reports and distribute to coordinators/heads of departments.

- Responsible for cash flow management.

- Carries out other administrative tasks in the finance department.

Qualifications

- Part or fully qualified in CIMA / ACCA/ Higher diploma in Finance.

- 4 years work experience in a similar field.

- Good command of English and one of the local languages.

- Very good computer skills.

- Rigorous and trustful person.

- Good analytical skills.
