One of our prestigious clients who is into Service sector Industry is looking for Administrative Assistant to work in their Colombo office immediately.

Qualification Required

• A diploma level qualification in a relevant discipline or training in administrative functions.
• Minimum of 02 years demonstrated experience in office administration and logistics coordination preferably in the development sector.
• Experience and knowledge in document management, bookkeeping, and procurement.
• Ability to work with a minimum supervision, exercise judgment, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, planning and logistical skills with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Good was written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala and/or Tamil.
• Computer literate and proficiency in the use of MS Office applications and MS Outlook.
