Description

A reputed automotive service and collision repair company in Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced Bodyshop Managers. Candidates must have strong leadership and GCC experience, with deep knowledge of body repair operations, customer service, and workshop management.

Responsibility

• Oversee daily bodyshop operations, workflow, and team supervision.
• Manage repair jobs, estimates, scheduling, and quality control.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and workshop standards.
• Monitor productivity, performance, and job delivery timelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Lead teams of technicians, painters, denters, and polishers.

Requirements

• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Automotive or Mechanical field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience managing automotive bodyshops.
• Strong knowledge of denting, painting, polishing, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage workflow, teams, and workshop operations efficiently.
