Salary

Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibility

• Assist in the preparation of bread, pastries, and baked goods as per recipe standards.
• Ensure proper measuring, mixing, and baking of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery section.
• Assist senior bakers and chefs with daily production tasks.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Help monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
• Work cooperatively in a team and maintain a positive kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a bakery or hotel kitchen.
• Formal training in Bakery, Culinary Arts, or Hotel Management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Passion for baking and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours and in a high-pressure kitchen.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
