Salary

Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibility

• Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and baked items as per standard recipes.
• Maintain proper food handling and hygiene practices in the pastry kitchen.
• Support the Pastry Chef and team in daily operations.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stored properly.
• Operate bakery and pastry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a pastry or dessert section.
• Formal training in Bakery, Patisserie, or Culinary Arts preferred.
• Strong interest and passion for pastry and dessert preparation.
• Basic understanding of pastry techniques and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
