- Develop and execute HR transformation strategies aligned with the bank’s strategic plan.
- Introduce best practices in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee retention.
- Lead digital HR initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in for transformation projects.
- Implement succession planning and leadership development for key HR positions.
- Drive organizational change through effective change management strategies.
- Leverage HR analytics to support data-driven decision making.
- Review and redesign existing HR policies and systems to support organizational objectives.
- Oversee talent management and career path planning for all employee levels.
- Foster a performance-driven culture across the organization.
Requirements

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR from a UGC-recognized university AND
Master’s Degree from a UGC-recognized* university OR full professional qualification in HR
OR - Bachelor’s Degree from a UGC-recognized university AND
Master’s Degree in HR or full professional qualification in HR
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR from a UGC-recognized university AND

Work Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of proven HR experience in the corporate sector.
- At least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role (CHRO/Head of HR/HR Transformation Officer).
- Experience handling organizations with 250+ employees.
- Background in financial institutions preferred.
- Experience in leading large-scale HR transformation projects is a strong advantage.

- 40 years and above (no upper limit)
