Salary
KWD 280Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Monitor work quality, timelines, and productivity of the engineering team.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and technical reports.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and technical operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
