Description

Salary
USD 1,200 per month (net take-home, negotiable based on skills and experience)Responsibility
Operations:
- Fully responsible for the Maldives unit operations, including P&L and performance.
- Staff recruitment, team building, and expanding the customer base.
- Implement and manage procedures for order-taking, processing, deliveries, and warehouse controls.
- Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivables, payables, and banking.
- Regularly report to the General Manager, based in Seychelles.
Sales:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of customers. (HORECA, local, and potential)
- Schedule daily customer visits to build relationships and generate business.
- Prepare quotations, follow up, and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the General Manager for monthly stock imports and stock portfolio management.
- Decide on the range of products to maintain in stock to meet customer demands.
Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of crockery, cutlery, glassware, tableware, and other non-food requirements of HORECA customers.
- Hands-on experience in a similar sales and operations role.
- Proficiency in POS/Inventory/CRM software.
- Strong team-building, training, and delegation skills.
- Expertise in managing the daily operations of a distribution company.
Requirements
- Graduate with a degree in Sales, Accounts, or Supply Chain Management. (or substantial hands-on experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of crockery, cutlery, and tableware to HORECA.
- Proven ability to build, train, and manage a team effectively.
- Strong operational management experience in a distribution company.
Terms & Conditions
- 2 years, renewable based on performance.
