Responsibility

• Coordinate and manage shipping and logistics projects
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and freight providers
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations
• Prepare project documentation and reports
• Optimize operational workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Logistics/Operations
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping/freight forwarding
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Proficient in logistics software and MS Office
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
