Responsibility

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional service.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
• Analyze sales reports and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Professional qualifications in a related field.
• Proven experience in automobile sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and customer needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with overseas principals.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s license required.
